Terms and Conditions

1. Nanny Agency undertakesthe engagement to provide families with the corresponding  abundant choice of candidates, but under none circumstances will bear the responsibility for problem situations rising after the actual approval of the candidate concerned, the latter having resulted because of the family’s final decision.

2. On approval of the given candidate, please inform „Tina V” Nanny Agency immediately about this decision of yours, as well as about the exact date, from which the relevant engagement will be considered valid.

3. In case the candidate expresses his/her request to leave on the account of groundless reasons within the first 4 /four/ weeks, „Tina V” Nanny Agency takes the responsibility of organizing another candidate presentation anew without any financial bearing on the family.

4. „Tina V” Nanny Agency is not responsible for an additional candidate presentation in cases, when the person occupied with the engagement leaves because of irrelevance between the actual working conditions and the ones preliminary agreed.

5. Within 4 /four/ weeks from the start of the engagement, „Tina V” Nanny Agency offers to families and candidates an example contract and advises both sides to sign it. The contract is concluded between the employer and the very candidate the agency not being involved as a third party in this agreement.

6. „Tina V” Nanny Agency does not bear responsibility for incidents, injuries or any losses during/or after the date the engagement has taken place.

7. „Tina V” Nanny Agency does not appear as an employer of the candidates – our task is to effectively and qualitatively connect people who are looking for such service and the ones who offer it.

8. Nanny Agency keeps its right to change conditions without any preliminary announcement.
